Exchange-Only Policy: Please note that we do not offer refunds, only exchanges. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to exchange your item(s) within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags attached
While we strive to accommodate all exchange requests, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange under certain circumstances, including but not limited to.
1. Item Condition: If the item(s) returned for exchange are not in their original condition or are damaged. we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.
2. Exceeding Time Limit: Exchanges requested after 7 days of purchase may not be accepted.
3. Non-Qualifying Items: Some items may not be eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions.
4. Repeated Exchanges: Excessive or repeated exchanges by a customer may lead to refusal of further exchange requests.
5. Proof of Purchase: Lack of proof of purchase may result in the refusal of an exchange request.
6. Sale Items: Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for exchange.
